Lean Operations Advisor - Bangka Belitung

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and analyze operational inefficiencies using Lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, and Kaizen.
• Develop and implement Lean solutions to eliminate waste, reduce cycle times, and improve overall productivity.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and training sessions to promote Lean principles and best practices.
• Monitor and measure the performance of Lean initiatives using real-time data from our ERP system.
• Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve operational targets and KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in Lean operations.
• Provide regular reports and updates on the progress and impact of Lean initiatives.
• Mentor and coach team members on Lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Lean operations, with a proven track record of implementing and measuring the impact of Lean initiatives.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in using Lean tools and software such as Minitab, Six Sigma DMAIC, and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with the mining industry and its specific operational challenges.
• Ability to travel to remote sites as needed.
