📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement funding strategies to support the bank's financial goals
• Manage all aspects of funding, including securing new funding sources and monitoring liquidity
• Collaborate with senior management to optimize liquidity management and ensure financial stability
• Use SAP and Oracle to streamline funding processes and improve financial reporting
• Monitor and report on the bank's liquidity position, providing insights and recommendations to senior management
• Work closely with the treasury team to manage cash flow and liquidity risks
• Develop and maintain relationships with funding partners and investors
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and guidelines

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in funding and liquidity management, preferably in the banking industry
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and guidelines relevant to the banking industry
• Proficiency in using SAP and Oracle financial management systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Certification in financial management or a related field is a plus
