📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily nickel mining and processing operations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Manage and optimize production schedules to meet operational targets and minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to address technical issues and implement upgrades.
- Ensure adherence to environmental standards and regulations, including waste management and emissions control.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the operational team, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in nickel mining or related industries, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Certification in Safety Management (e.g., OHSA, OHSAS) is a plus.
- Proficient in using mining software such as Surpac, Vulcan, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Familiarity with Indonesian mining laws and regulations.
- Experience in budgeting and financial management for mining operations.
