MSAT Engineer - Biopharmaceutical Process Optimization

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless technology transfer, validate processes using MSAT (Multivariate Statistical Analysis Techniques), and implement continuous improvement strategies. You'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and software, including PAT (Process Analytical Technology) systems, and contribute to the development of best practices in biopharmaceutical manufacturing.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead cross-site technology transfer initiatives to ensure consistent process performance across global sites.
• Conduct process validation studies using MSAT techniques to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance process efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process issues.
• Ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and other regulatory standards.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on advanced biopharmaceutical technologies.
• Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in process validation audits and inspections to ensure compliance and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in biopharmaceutical process development and optimization.
• Proven experience in process validation and technology transfer.
• Strong knowledge of MSAT techniques and PAT systems.
• Familiarity with GMP and other regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
