📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive HSE programs aligned with international standards.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE regulations and industry best practices.
• Provide training and awareness programs to employees on HSE best practices.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.
• Leverage SAP and Microsoft Office to streamline HSE processes and reporting.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HSE performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, or Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Certification in HSE management, such as NEBOSH or IOSH, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international HSE regulations and standards.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing HSE programs and improving safety performance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office is a plus.
