📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the fabrication division, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, implementing measures to prevent accidents and defects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering management, with a focus on fabrication.
• Proven track record of managing engineering projects and teams.
• Strong knowledge of engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and ANSYS.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
