🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in mineral processing, with a proven track record in leading large-scale operations.
• Certifications in mineral processing, environmental management, and safety standards (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with a proven ability to drive operational excellence.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
