📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and recover overdue loans through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlement agreements with borrowers.
• Resolve customer disputes and escalate issues to senior management when necessary.
• Use Salesforce and HubSpot to track customer interactions and repayments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with borrowers.
• Generate and analyze reports on collections performance and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in collections and customer relationship management.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of collections strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in collections or customer service, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
