📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention.
• Manage the global mobility program, including visa processing, relocation assistance, and local integration support.
• Coordinate with local HR teams to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
• Facilitate employee feedback sessions and surveys to gather insights and improve the employee experience.
• Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for international staff.
• Support the HR team in managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee experience and global mobility.
• Collaborate with managers to address employee concerns and ensure a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement and global mobility.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and results-oriented approach.
