📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.,Lead and mentor HR staff to deliver high-quality HR services.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and ensure data accuracy.,Coordinate with various stakeholders to resolve HR-related issues.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Support the delivery of HR training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR operations and delivery.,Proven experience in managing HRIS and HR data.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
