This is an urgent position, and the right candidate will play a crucial role in our recruitment process. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill various roles within the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify the most suitable candidates for the positions.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the efficiency of the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and local recruitment practices.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for interviews.
