📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the PDI process to ensure all vehicles meet quality standards before delivery.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks on vehicles in the distribution network.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures and standards.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement in quality control processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality control measures.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with international quality standards for export and import operations.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of the quality assurance team.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on automotive industry.
- Certification in quality management systems, such as ISO 9001 or similar.
- Experience with quality control software, such as SAP QM or similar.
- Strong knowledge of international quality standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
