Sehati Fajar Tea is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, ensuring that our processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with our company's goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's operations, including production, logistics, and quality control.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.,Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure that operations align with the company's overall goals.,Ensure that all operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external stakeholders.,Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate within the operations function.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain management is a plus.,Fluency in English is required.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
