📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's vision and goals.,Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a high-quality workforce.,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs.,Lead and mentor HR team members to ensure high performance and professional growth.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.,Experience in a similar role within a growing company is a plus.
