As a Lead Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for representing our brand and driving customer engagement in the Binjai, Sumatera Utara region. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Represent Smart Port Mandiri as the face of our brand in the local community.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services and products.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Organize and participate in local events and promotions to increase brand awareness.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.,Train and mentor junior Brand Ambassadors to ensure consistent brand representation.,Report on brand performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or service industry.,Proven track record of successful brand representation and customer engagement.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with marketing tools and software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
