📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide excellent customer service to bank customers.
  • Process various banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries and transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer information.
  • Follow up on customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Promote and explain banking products and services to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
  • Assist in opening and closing customer accounts.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or banking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
