📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Oversee branch staff and provide guidance and training.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly.,Conduct regular branch audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a retail or service industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with sales and marketing principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
