📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions and requirements.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide candidate feedback.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
