📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions and specifications.,Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer preparation and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching.,Address employee concerns and conflicts, and provide guidance on HR-related issues.,Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
