Hotel Budi Shop is seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction and maintenance of our hotel facilities. You will work closely with our architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Designing and planning civil engineering projects, including site layout, drainage, and utilities.
  • Overseeing the construction and maintenance of hotel facilities, such as roads, parking lots, and landscaping.
  • Ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Working closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate and manage projects.
  • Inspecting and maintaining existing facilities to ensure they are in good condition and meet safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Preparing and submitting reports, drawings, and other documentation to support project decision-making.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to junior staff members.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on construction and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid environment.
