📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Retail Sales Consultant in managing and developing the sales team.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.,Train and mentor new sales staff to ensure they meet company standards.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements to secure sales.,Participate in sales meetings and presentations to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the retail industry and market trends is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
