📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement competitive compensation strategies that align with the company's business objectives and market standards in the palm oil industry.
• Analyze market data and industry trends to ensure our compensation packages are attractive and reflective of employee contributions.
• Design and manage comprehensive employee benefits programs, ensuring they are both attractive to employees and cost-effective for the company.
• Work closely with senior leadership to ensure that our compensation and benefits strategies are in line with the company's overall HR strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a strong background in the palm oil industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective compensation and benefits strategies.
• Strong analytical and market research skills, with the ability to analyze data and industry trends.
