📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement patient experience strategies that align with the hospital's mission and vision.,Lead and mentor a team of patient experience professionals to ensure high-quality care and service delivery.,Conduct regular patient satisfaction surveys and feedback analysis to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with various departments to address patient concerns and improve overall satisfaction.,Monitor and evaluate patient experience metrics to ensure continuous improvement.,Represent the hospital at industry events and conferences to share best practices and innovations.,Foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the patient experience team.,Work closely with the hospital's leadership to drive strategic initiatives that enhance the patient experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in patient experience, healthcare quality improvement, or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully implementing patient experience initiatives.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.,Certification in healthcare quality improvement or patient experience is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.
