In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and a proven track record in HR management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including discipline and grievance resolution.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries.,Collaborate with management to address HR-related issues and provide strategic recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using HR management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
