📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of tellers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Oversee daily operations of the teller counter, including cash handling and transaction processing.,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and procedures.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service and operational efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement.,Ensure the security and integrity of financial transactions and customer data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a teller or customer service role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Proven experience in managing a team and driving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of banking and financial services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using banking software and systems.,Familiarity with insurance products and services is a plus.
