📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers arriving at the reception area, providing information and directions as needed.,Manage the reception phone lines, answering calls and directing them to the appropriate department.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues to the satisfaction of the customer.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer visits and service requests.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.,Assist in training and supervising junior receptionists to ensure high standards of service.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and computer systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Good knowledge of English is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.,Familiarity with automotive service industry is an advantage.
