Puskesmas Krisna Fruit is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid role, offering the best of both worlds: the flexibility of working from home and the opportunity to be part of our vibrant restaurant team in Seminyak, Bali. We are looking for a professional who can lead our restaurant operations with excellence, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain high standards of service and hygiene.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency and food quality.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and present financial reports and performance metrics to management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of restaurant operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations and staff.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
