📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the preparation and presentation of authentic Korean dishes
• Develop and implement new menu items in collaboration with the executive chef
• Train and mentor our team of chefs and kitchen staff
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene
• Manage kitchen operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in Korean cuisine
• Represent Utopia Culinary Indonesia at culinary events and industry conferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen
• Proven track record in Korean cuisine, with a deep understanding of its techniques and flavors
• Strong kitchen management skills, including staff training and inventory management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Familiarity with relevant food safety and hygiene regulations
• Fluency in both English and Korean, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possession of a relevant culinary certification, such as a Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent
