📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the store's inventory, ensuring accurate records and timely restocking.,Process and manage customer orders, from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.,Assist in the organization and coordination of store events and promotions to enhance customer engagement.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and effective solutions.,Collaborate with the store manager and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.,Prepare and maintain reports on inventory levels, sales, and customer feedback.,Assist in the training and development of new store staff members.,Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or store management role.,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes.,Customer service orientation with a focus on providing excellent service.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus.
