📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Identify training needs and design relevant programs to address them.
  • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other learning activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on their professional development.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful execution of learning and development programs.
  • Report on the progress and outcomes of learning and development initiatives to senior management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficient in using learning management systems and other relevant software.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
