📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessel.
  • Monitor and maintain all safety procedures and regulations.
  • Oversee the loading and unloading of cargo.
  • Coordinate with the crew to ensure smooth operations.
  • Report any incidents or issues to the appropriate authorities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized vessel.
  • Ensure compliance with all environmental regulations.
  • Provide training and guidance to the crew as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain.
  • Valid Master Mariner's License (MM) or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.
  • Strong knowledge of maritime laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Familiarity with cargo handling procedures.
  • Good physical fitness and health.
