📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms.,Schedule and conduct interviews, and provide feedback to candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Support the Recruiter in managing the applicant tracking system.,Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports and metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with recruitment best practices and industry standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
