📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and scheduling production activities to meet deadlines and targets.,Monitor and report on production progress, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless production operations.,Maintain accurate records of production data and inventory levels.,Support the production manager in implementing quality control measures.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to ensure high standards of performance.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
